This is a special order AEB-L chef knife with a Wenge handle and Mosaic Pins. It is our first cryo treated knife!! It is really hard to sand it after cryo, I guess there is something too it.
Here is a link to a video of the current state of our shop. We just did a major cleaning and streamlining of or process so now we are just waiting for the warmer weather so we can get out and use it.
