Welcome to the Cape Cod Cutlery Online Store!

All of our knives are handmade to order. If materials are all in stock, we estimate 2-3 weeks turn around time. Depending on time of year and availability of materials, it may take us 3-5 weeks to make your knife. We will always email you to let you  know if the order will take longer than the standard 2-3 weeks.

Our online store features our standard outdoor knife line and chef knives. If you are looking for a custom knife, please email us at fred@capecodcutlery.com. Feel free to peruse our Gallery for inspiration. If we made it once, we can make it again!

We are moving towards the inspiration of traditional single bevel Japanese knives which we are very inspired by. Please let us know with each order of a chef knife if you are left or right handed.

Current handle materials are wengue, bacote, spalted tamarind, green dyed spalted tamarind, paduk and rosewood.
