The Right Whale

Description

This is the latest in our line of “Asian Inspired” knives.  It is pictured in our “lobster buoy” two part handle of paduk and stabilized spalted tamarind. Food by Spoon and Seed of Hyannis.

In the picture that shows just the handles of the knives the order of wood type is, Bacote, dyed and stabilized tamarind wood,  paduk, wengue. The picture with the meal shows a multi-part handle.

This knife is avaible in single bevel right or left handed.
