This comfortable, well-balanced kitchen utility knife has an approximately four and a half inch blade. It is made from 1095 high carbon steel. Originally a combat knife design, we liked the feel and use of it so much, we decided to make it part of our kitchen line. Know you will be safe should ninjas ambush you while cooking. They can be purchased in sets for steak knives, for which they work very well. Contact Fred at email@example.com for quantity pricing.
